Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
